Shipping

We deliver within the UK and Internationally. 

For all orders placed on Wild Life Botanicals you will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched. This email will also contain a tracking number to allow you to track the progress of your delivery with the carrier we are using to deliver your order directly.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to any PO Box address.

 

UK Delivery

  • Shipping is charged at £6.99. Orders over £26 will qualify for free delivery (Mainland UK only).
  • Surcharges will apply for the following areas: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Sark & Herm, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey and Northern Ireland.

  • Please allow up to five working days for delivery. 

  • If you are not available to receive your parcel, a calling card will be left for you to rearrange delivery. Please note that if you do not rearrange delivery within 3 days, your order will be returned to Wild Life Botanicals and a surcharge will apply for re-delivery. 

Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incomplete address details, or non-collection from a delivery depot, the original shipping charge remains non-refundable.

Once the parcel has been returned to us, customers may choose one of the following options:

  • Re-dispatch – We are happy to resend the order; however, a supplementary shipping charge will apply to cover the cost of redelivery.

  • Refund – We can issue a refund for the order value, less the original shipping cost incurred.

Please ensure delivery details are correct at checkout and that someone is available to receive the parcel, or that safe place instructions are provided where appropriate.

International Delivery

Our international deliveries are charged by volumetric weight. Once you have placed your order, the delivery charge will appear in the checkout pages. Please allow up to 14 working days for international deliveries to arrive.

Additional charges to International Orders

An order may be subject to additional custom and local taxation charges in certain countries. When ordering goods from Wild Life Botanicals for delivery outside of the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.
