Introducing The Wild Way – our new podcast
We’re really pleased to share something new from Wild Life Botanicals.
The Wild Way is our new podcast, created as a space for thoughtful conversations around herbs, wellbeing and navigating change in a world that often feels noisy, overwhelming and full of quick fixes.
Rooted in plant knowledge, lived experience and care, the podcast explores topics including herbs, menopause, burnout, physical wellbeing, non-alcoholic living and how to approach wellness with discernment rather than pressure.
This isn’t about miracle products or rigid rules. It’s about slowing down, asking better questions and returning to what genuinely helps.
Episode one: Herbs for Change
Our first episode, Herbs for Change, features a conversation with Rachel Boon, naturopath and herbalist.
Together we talk about working with herbs during times of transition, particularly around menopause and burnout. We explore how people can begin to approach herbs safely and realistically, how to cut through the fog of online wellness advice, and why context, individuality and patience matter when working with plants.
It’s a grounded, honest discussion for anyone feeling overwhelmed, curious, or simply looking for a steadier way forward.
Why we created The Wild Way
At Wild Life Botanicals, our work has always been about more than what’s in the bottle. We’re interested in how people live, rest, recover and reconnect with themselves, with plants and with what matters.
The Wild Way grew from conversations we were already having, and from a sense that many people are tired of being told there’s a single right way to feel better. This podcast is an invitation to explore another approach one that’s slower, more thoughtful and rooted in care.
