One of the best things we can do in life is to have control over our health and wellbeing. The benefits of a plant-based diet can be transformative, so filling our bodies with a good variation of nutriment, whilst cutting back on processed food and high alcohol consumption is key!
And because 90% of serotonin (the body’s natural ‘feel good’ hormone) receptors are located in the gut, which is connected to the brain, consequently by having a healthy diet you will naturally boost your serotonin levels and improve your mood.
Here at Wild Life Botanicals we are passionate about the power of plants, on both our mental and physical wellbeing. Our low-alcohol sparkling wine is infused with an uplifting elixir of vitamins, minerals, and active botanicals, each carefully chosen for their health giving properties.
Our elixir includes calming lemon balm, soothing damask rose, mood-boosting ashwagandha, rich-in-antioxidant rosemary, and stimulating damiana. You will also benefit from vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12 and C, perfect for boosting your immune system and metabolism, also also lifting mood.

We have joined together with Wholesome World to bring you one of our favourite delicious, nutritious recipes, Peach Salad, to give your body and mind a natural boost.
Recipe: Peach Salad
A delicious salad which is packed with nuts and seeds for healthy fats and a heated kick from the chilli flakes. Peaches, like most stone fruit, have been found to have many health enhancing properties. Peaches were found, through animal research, to contain a compound which can kill breast cancer cells and not normal cells. Peaches should ideally be eaten organic as these fruits are heavily sprayed with pesticides.Serves: 4
